The Milwaukee Bucks are in a tough spot.

They have the worst record in the NBA (5-20), have no true superstar players and play in a market that is not appealing to free agents. What's worse, soon-to-be NBA commissioner Adam Silver has stated that the team will not be able to play in the Bradley Center past 2017.

Earlier this week, Herb Kohl, the Bucks' owner and president, announced a plan to broaden team ownership, strengthen the franchise and keep the team in Milwaukee. Likewise, a group of concerned fans rallied together to create with the goal of keeping the franchise from moving. They recently purchased billboard space outside the city to display a most interesting slogan.

If the season ended today, the Bucks would have the most ping-pong balls in the 2014 NBA Draft lottery.

Next year's draft figures to be one of the strongest in recent memory, and a top-three pick would be of great help to the struggling franchise.
