Dellin Betances injury update: Yankees pitcher to miss rest of season with torn Achilles

null null 夜网论坛 null Baseball Dellin Betances' injury struggles have continued.The four-time All-Star made his 2019 debut Sunday in Toronto after shoulder and lat injuries derailed his season, but Yankees manager Aaron Boone said Tuesday the pitcher has a partial tear in his left Achilles tendon and is out for the rest of the year. Boone said Betances suffered the injury when he landed awkwardly on the mound while pitching against the Blue Jays.
